We are looking for an energetic Office Manager to hold a fundamental position on our team. Reporting to the VP of People and Operations and being part of the tight-knit People Ops team, the right fit is an individual who is confident, proactive, professional, detail-oriented, and people-focused. Being highly organized is key, as is the ability to execute and manage multiple tasks from start to completion. This is a generalist role that requires a high degree of flexibility as the duties can fluctuate greatly day-to-day and are vital to the overall success of every member of our team. What does a day look like in my role?

We get it: You need to know what you’re signing up for before you sign up, right? This is what you need to know. As Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Manning our reception desk, you're the friendly face that greets our team members and visitors.
  • Planning, coordinating, and arranging all social and team-building events throughout the year such as monthly Beer Fridays, quarterly off-site events, community events, monthly potlucks, lunch and learns and our Christmas party.
  • Ordering office supplies, equipment, weekly fruit, and snacks.
  • Opening and distributing all incoming mail and posting outgoing mail.
  • Managing the smooth running of the entire facility and maintenance.
  • Overseeing calendars and scheduling meetings and reminders.
  • General administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
  • Assisting the VP of People and Operations with daily admin tasks.
  • Coordination of sponsorship and donation opportunities within the community.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding tasks and other HR-related tasks as needed.

  • Have worked in the hospitality or tech sector previously.
  • Value kindness and seek to work in an inclusive and supportive environment.
