Redbrick is the parent organization of a portfolio of disruptive digital companies. Headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, we’ve scaled from local start-up to global name in a few short years, conceptualizing new business ideas, acquiring established businesses, and growing them to super-scaled profitability—all thanks to the people we hire.

  • 3 portfolio companies and growing
  • 1 amazing shared service team
  • 60+ employees

One of our 3 portfolio companies, Assembly is our digital publishing arm. Powered by dedicated experts and an in-house media team, we write and publish fact-driven content from the entertaining to the educational across 5 popular websites. Our Assembly team is 26 people strong and borrows from Redbrick’s shared HR, finance and marketing services.

“If you’re willing to work hard and want the opportunity to take ownership of a project or goal, this is the place to be. Leadership does a great job of letting you take charge and making sure you’re on the right track. We take risks at Redbrick - we build new technologies. If something isn’t possible, we try to figure out how to make it work. That’s pretty rad”

—Nash, Assembly

We think of the office like a second home and believe you should enjoy what you work on—and who you work on it with. We cheerlead your goals and accomplishments and feel invested in your future. Flexible work hours and health and wellness funding (so you can get your gym membership or race registration paid for, no excuses) are a few of the perks of working at Redbrick. Plus, with regular team events, from ping-pong tournaments to regular Friday post-work gatherings, work feels a little more like family.
